Venture Team

Momentum Transfer is a venture which will revolutionise materials discovery and development. With our innovative X-ray analysis approach we help our customers to understand their materials better and accelerate their development.

The Marketing Manager will be the first member of our marketing & sales team, being responsible for the generation, qualification and nurturing of leads through efficient outbound marketing and sales campaigns.

By continuously evaluating the product-/market fit in different target segments he/she creates the necessary insights to generate an increasing number of relevant inbound leads and to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has a generalistic operational as well as conceptual B2B marketing background complemented with experience in sales qualification talks in a technical environment.


Your tasks

  • Set-up and operational execution of international online marketing campaigns with focus on lead generation, involving:
    • Creation (textual + design), organisation and updating of all sales & marketing materials, including presentations, proposals and case studies
    • Identification of sources and collection of relevant prospect's contact data fitting MT’s target segments
    • Campaign execution, e.g. email, social ads, etc.  
    • KPI tracking reporting & optimization
  • Support setting-up processes and seamless data connection to CRM (Hubspot)
  • Initial sales qualification calls of generated inbound leads
  • Preparation and on-site of offline marketing, e.g. events and conferences


Your offer

  • 4+ years operational and conceptual digital B2B marketing experience in a startup or high-growth technology-driven company
  • Familiarity with material science or related industries is a plus
  • Experience in reaching out to leads for sales qualification
  • Solution- and KPI-driven, intrinsically motivated personality striving for continuous optimization
  • Self-organised, pragmatic, hands-on working-style
  • Expert in CRM software (best case Hubspot) and marketing tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
